About the Course
What: A private 8 week course of premarital counseling with a Gottman and EFT trained couples counselor
When : Weekly meetings for 8 weeks, or 2 meetings a week for 1 month
Who: Couples who are planning to be life partners and would like to get off to the best possible start. Couples who want to will build a healthy marriage/lifelong relationship with intention
What you will learn:
Healthy communication skills
How to manage conflict
Learn about the styles of communication that do damage to relationships, and their antidotes
How to manage external stressors so that they bond you, rather than put stress on the relationship
Create shared meaning
Build a marriage with intention
How to honor each other's dreams so that you grow together
How to tend to the intimacy in your relationship
Price: 8 sessions at $200 per 50 minute session, $1600
Where: In person at our Eastlake office, over telehealth, or hybrid
